TIONESTM 6225P is a high performance of superplasticizer in powder form based on polycarboxylate polymer. It’s very easy to redisperse in water.

TIONESTM 6225P is mainly used for cement-based mortar to provide the following benefits:

Application

TIONES TM 6225P is mainly used for cement or gypsum based dry mix mortar as follows:

l  Floor self-leveling compounds;

l  Grouts mortars;

l  Tile Adhesive and tile grouts;

l  Drymix concrete;

l  Repair mortar;

 

Dosage and Handling

TIONESTM 6225P is added to other powdery components to get the mixed homogenous formulation. The suggested dosage is 0.1~0.5% of the total dry mixture by weight. The final required dosage should be evaluated in suitable tests prior to the actual application.

 

Storage

TIONES TM 6225P should be stored in a cool, dry place. To prevent moisture penetration, the opened container should be sealed again as soon as possible. On account of thermoplasticity of TIONES TM 6225P, avoid to be stacked higher than one pallet for bag package or be stored under high temperature.

TIONES TM 6225P storage time should not exceed 12 months from date of delivery.
